Job Description

We are seeking a Patent Attorney to manage patent prosecution and counselling for clients. Responsibilities include drafting and filing patent applications, conducting prior art searches and patentability/freedom-to-operate analyses, responding to office actions, supporting IP litigation, and advising inventors on strategy. Coordinate with foreign associates and manage patent portfolios. Requirements: law degree or equivalent, registration as a patent attorney, technical background in engineering or science, excellent drafting and analytical skills, strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
