Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our Corporate Compliance, Governance, and Documentation team at Talrop. This internship offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation under the mentorship of the Company Secretary.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in regulatory filings, company incorporation, drafting legal documents, coordinating meetings, and conducting compliance checks.
Required Qualifications: Recent graduates (B.Com, BBA, BBM, or LLB) with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Internship (06 months), Pay: ₹10,00/month.
