Job Description

The Tele-calling Executive at Tall Mount Publishing handles outbound/inbound calls for publishing operations, reader communication, author/translator coordination and institutional follow-ups. Responsibilities: manage book orders and delivery confirmations, respond to enquiries and feedback, coordinate contributors, and share basic info on schedules, events and fairs. Women preferred; must be based in Kottayam (Varissery, Chungam). Full-time fresher; 3-month paid training (internship). Minimum: Bachelor’s degree. Pay ₹6,00–₹8,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement and paid time off. On-site only.
