Job Description
Join Taction Software Pvt Ltd as a Chat Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries via live chat, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues.
- Communication: Engaging with customers empathetically and professionally while providing product information.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues and following up to ensure resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions and updating CRM software.
