Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer support and data entry tasks through email or chat—without phone calls. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, performing accurate data entry, and following company guidelines to resolve issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or graduate, good written English skills, and basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM. Prior BPO/KPO experience is a plus.
Salary: ₹19,770.74 – ₹33,944.24 per month, with paid training and growth opportunities.
