• 6–8 years of experience in AS400 and JDA MMS support, with L2 troubleshooting and mentoring skills.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting on AS400, JDA MMS, and related modules.
• Mentor L1 team members on ticket handling and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system health checks and resolve critical issues.
• Participate in proactive problem management and refinement of workflows.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment for 24×7 operations.
