Job Description
Synergy School of Business Selaiyur seeks a full-time Career Counselor to manage lead handling, counselling, parent‑student interactions and systematic follow-ups to convert enquiries into registrations. Key duties: handle walk-ins and inbound/outbound calls, update CRM, advise students on career goals and course selection, explain fees and placement support, engage parents, maintain daily call and follow-up targets and ensure enrolments before batch launch. Requirements: 2 years’ academic counselling experience, fluent English, based in Selaiyur, Chennai. Pay: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. Work location: in person.
