Job Description:
- Coordinate with customers for RFQs, orders, payments, and shipments.
- Manage logistics and share shipment tracking with clients.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis.
- Assist with customer complaints by collaborating with relevant departments.
Our Preference: Strong communication skills; proficiency in Marathi; MS Excel; ERP/CRM familiarity.
