Job Description
We are Sylcon Hypermarket, seeking an experienced F&B Captain to manage our dining operations and provide outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and manage waitstaff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain service standards.
- Oversee table reservations and communicate with kitchen/bar teams.
- Prepare sales reports and control operational costs.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years as an F&B Captain/Senior Waiter in upscale restaurants.
- Fluent in English and [Local Language].
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,201.42 – ₹30,594.41 per month
