Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Front Desk Executive at Swiss Group India Pvt Ltd, you will ensure efficient and timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction at our service center.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer concerns, perform diagnostics on complaints, manage job entries, and maintain spare parts inventory.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 1 year in customer service, technical understanding preferred, proficiency in POS and MS Office, with good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,00.00 per month
Preferred Languages: English and Hindi
