Job Description

Swastik Spices seeks a skilled Factory Operator to join our production team. Candidates with ITI Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical (completed or discontinued) and 3–5 years’ hands-on experience preferred. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production machinery, routine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Must be able to read technical drawings, perform basic repairs, and work shifts as required. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to timely production are essential.
