Job Description
We are seeking an Outbound Telesales Executive to join SWASTIK PAPER MACHINERY. You will understand company needs, adapt to culture, handle day-to-day activities, convert inbound leads and consistently meet monthly sales targets. Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial equipment/machine tools preferred. Full-time, permanent role in Sales & Business Development; enterprise & B2B sales category. Any graduate may apply. Salary ₹5,00–₹15,00/month plus attractive incentives for each conversion, cell phone reimbursement, and in-person work location.
