Job Description
Swadhaa Waldorf Learning Centre seeks a discreet, highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founders in scheduling, communication, coordination, PR and digital/media tasks. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, drafting communications, liaising with parents, teachers and partners, creating digital content, supporting events and managing confidential documents and projects. Required: excellent English, strong organisation and multitasking, emotional maturity, discretion, and digital proficiency (Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva). Experience: 3–7 years in EA/communications/PR or coordination; bachelor’s degree preferred. Role is full-time, in person, with flexibility; benefits include Provident Fund.
