Job Description
Join our team at Svenska Design Hotel as a Front Office Associate! In this role, you will manage room assignments, maintain an inventory of vacancies, and handle reservations, both same-day and future bookings. You will register guests upon arrival, coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates, and manage guest complaints professionally.
