Job Description
Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers to 6 months are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visitor registrations, attendance records, and visitor passes.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and office supplies.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with departments for efficient office operations.
- Respond to and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
