Job Description
Join our team as an Email Marketing Assistant supporting campaign planning, content creation, list management, A/B testing and performance reporting. Responsibilities include writing and proofreading email copy, building campaigns in an ESP, segmenting lists, scheduling sends, monitoring deliverability and analyzing metrics to optimize opens, clicks and conversions. Requirements: 1+ year in email or digital marketing, familiarity with an ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), basic HTML/CSS for templates, strong copywriting and attention to detail. Must be analytical, communicative and able to work in a fast-paced team. This entry-level role offers mentorship and growth opportunities.
