Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Male or Female) with experience in managing teams to join our growing company, Sunshine Solutions Loans & Overdues Rescheduling. You will lead and manage team members, set performance expectations, and coordinate team activities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting meetings, and presenting reports to senior management. Essential skills: excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of risk management regulations.
