Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare detailed job cards and explain recommended services or repairs.
• Coordinate with the workshop team for timely job completion.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers and communicate updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
• Proficient in CRM software.
