Job Description

A Store Associate’s job involves assisting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining the store, and managing inventory, acting as a brand representative to create a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, organized environment. They focus on sales by recommending products, upselling, and informing customers about promotions, while also handling returns and potentially supporting online orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide product knowledge, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Sales & Transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system; promote loyalty programs and sales.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves and set up displays.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and managing product levels.
• Store Operations: Support opening/closing procedures, handle customer complaints professionally, and contribute to team goals.

Essential Duties:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, tailoring assistance to individual needs.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and company loyalty programs.
• Operate cash register, process payments accurately, and manage transactions.
• Keep the store tidy, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and maintain store standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
