Job Description
Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a passionate Junior Service Desk professional to provide 1st level support to our internal customers. Key responsibilities include managing customer requests through the ticketing system, participating in team meetings for improvement, and maintaining documentation of processes. You will be available through our global Service Desk call center and be part of a rotated on-call team. The position offers flexible working hours on a 3-shift rotational basis: 06:30-14:30, 14:30-22:30, and 22:30-06:30 (IST).
Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service skills, analytical abilities, and a desire to learn. Proficiency in English communication is essential.
