Job Description
Position: Quality Assurance Executive
Company: Steerzman Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹21,00 per month
Eligibility: Recent graduates in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology & related fields
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure area hygiene and product safety during site rounds.
- Monitor personal and kitchen hygiene.
- Record cooking temperatures and cleaning practices.
- Manage raw materials’ storage and tagging.
- Conduct menu sampling and handle quality testing.
- Maintain FSSAI compliance and documentation.
- Learn ISO 2200 and FSSAI guidelines.
- Assist in HACCP documentation and audits.
