Job Description
Stark Visas Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Grievances Officer to manage client concerns and support Schengen visa applications. In this role, you will be the primary contact for client grievances, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a grievances log, liaising with internal teams, and guiding clients through the Schengen visa documentation process. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience are required.
We offer a salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month, with full-time and permanent positions available.
