Job Description
Join S&S Brokerage INC as an Inside Sales Associate in Bengaluru (in-person). We seek a proactive, target-driven professional (1–4 years experience) with at least 2 years in US or international sales. Shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM. Responsibilities include outbound calling, lead generation, CRM upkeep, scheduling demos, and supporting the sales pipeline. Strong communication, objection handling, negotiation, and multitasking skills are required. Compensation: ₹251,563.31–₹550,00/year. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and able to close initial conversations confidently.
