Job Description

SROY GROUP is hiring a Field Executive in Barddhaman, West Bengal (in-person). Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass). Preferably 1+ year field sales experience. Candidates must have strong communication and persuasion skills, professional appearance, own a biometric device (mandatory), and demonstrate good civil record and financial discipline. Role is full-time with base pay ₹14,500–₹16,00/month plus performance-based incentives and health insurance. Hindi proficiency preferred. Ideal for disciplined, target-driven sales professionals ready to represent our brand in the field.
