Join SROY GROUP as a Field Executive handling on-site sales and customer engagement. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass). Preferred: 1+ year of field sales experience. Required: strong communication and persuasion skills, professional appearance, and ownership of a biometric device (mandatory). Candidates must have a good civil record and financial discipline. This full-time position offers a performance-based salary with attractive incentives (₹14,500–₹16,00/month) and health insurance. Preferred language: Hindi. Preferred location: Ranaghat, West Bengal. Work: in person. Ideal applicants are target-driven, presentable, and reliable.
