Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relation Executive to manage post-service follow-up, update customer feedback to the team and management, discuss matters in CLF meetings, and escalate unresolved dissatisfaction to dealers. You will follow up after service completion, professionally handle customer conflicts, maintain accurate records, analyze reports, and work with the team to ensure dissatisfied customers are fully satisfied at the workshop. Full-time role with pay ₹12,00–₹20,00 per month. Benefit: paid time off. Work location: in person.
