Job Description
Full-time, permanent on-site role providing hands-on breastfeeding support and counselling for mothers (sore nipples, low supply, latch issues). Teach breastfeeding techniques, expression, storage, nutrition, assess feeding practices, document care, promote BFHI guidelines, offer telehealth follow-ups, collaborate with doctors and midwives, and train staff. Requirements: BSc Nursing with lactation certification (BPNI/IBCLC preferred), experience in maternal/child health, strong communication, empathy, and basic computer skills.
