Job Description
We seek a dedicated Infection Control Nurse to lead hospital infection prevention programs, monitor surveillance data, and implement evidence-based protocols. The role includes staff training, outbreak investigation, policy development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient and staff safety.
Qualifications: RN license, experience in infection prevention, knowledge of epidemiology and IPC standards, strong communication and audit skills. Ability to analyze data, conduct risk assessments, and promote compliance with hand hygiene and isolation procedures is required.
