Job Description
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil
- Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or offers
- Maintain call logs and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil; basic English preferred
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
- Fresher-friendly
- Female candidates preferred
