Job Description
We are Squire Information Technologies Pvt Ltd, looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves providing customer support and data entry through email and chat without any phone calls.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries professionally, perform accurate data entry, resolve issues according to company guidelines, and maintain documentation of interactions.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate, good written English, basic computer knowledge, and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,637.00 – ₹32,773.00 per month.
Work Location: In person. Shift options include Day, Morning, and Night.
