Job Description
Spriggen Gardener, located in Kochi, is seeking a Horticulture Officer to supervise our garden maintenance teams across multiple sites. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction while managing the operational aspects of our horticultural services.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise on tree and plant selection, ordering, and maintenance.
- Train staff in pruning, weeding, and plant care techniques.
- Maintain inventories and manage pest control and soil health programs.
- Oversee irrigation and drainage systems.
- Create work schedules for gardening personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or agriculture.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹240,00 – ₹300,00 per year. Benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement.
