Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our team at Spree Hotels. In this role, you will register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. You will assist in pre-registration, manage room status updates with housekeeping, and provide information about room types and rates.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent sales skills to promote hotel services, handle guest check-outs, process reservations, and ensure proper cash handling. Familiarity with front office equipment is essential.
