Spixar Technologies Solutions (Gorakhpur) seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across India. Salary ₹32,00–₹74,00/month. Job types: full-time, part-time, permanent, freelance; remote work with Kolkata preferred. Responsibilities: source candidates via Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn; screen resumes and conduct HR phone interviews; schedule interviews; manage recruitment, reporting, bulk and lateral hiring, and onboarding. Requirements: 4+ years in talent acquisition/recruiting, strong communication, target-driven, ability to multitask across multiple mandates.
