Job Description
Spixar Technologies Solution seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across India. You will source candidates (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), screen resumes, conduct HR phone interviews, schedule interviews, handle bulk and lateral hiring, onboarding and daily reporting. Requirements: 4+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition/HR, strong communication, target-driven, multitasking. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance. Pay: ₹32,00–₹64,00 per month. Benefits include flexible schedule, health & life insurance, provident fund and work-from-home. Location: Faridabad, Haryana (remote work supported).
