Job Description
Experience: Minimum 6 months

Languages Required: Hindi, plus one of the following: Bengali, Odia, Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide troubleshooting assistance, maintain records, and resolve issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th-grade education, fluency in Hindi, English, and one regional language.
