Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand mentions across social media.
- Engage with customer comments and reviews.
- Identify reputation risks and collaborate for resolution.
- Prepare ORM reports on trends and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in ORM.
- Strong communication skills.
