Job Description
Spaceart Architects seeks a creative Architect with minimum 1 year in an architectural firm. Responsibilities include architectural design & planning, 3D visualization and rendering, technical detailing of drawings, and on-site coordination/execution. Required skills: proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, strong knowledge of materials and construction techniques, ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic designs, attention to detail, presentation, communication and project management. Job type: full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement. Location: in person at Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala — reliable commute or relocation preferred.
