Job Description
We are Space Technologies, seeking a Sports Arena Operations Manager to enhance customer experiences at our vibrant facility. In this role, you will boost customer satisfaction, craft engaging social media content (photos/videos), collaborate with our digital marketing team, and manage customer data to drive promotional initiatives. Additionally, you will provide insightful sports information to inspire arena users. A daily commitment of 6-8 hours at our arena is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
