Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Cloud Team at Source-right. This pivotal role involves facilitating agile processes for our rapidly expanding Design System projects. The ideal candidate must possess at least 7 years of experience in an Agile environment and working with Digital teams.
Key requirements include Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM I), expertise in leading scrum ceremonies, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include coaching the team on Agile principles, working closely with the Product Owner, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
