Role Overview: You will serve as the voice of Songdew, aiding artists and partners throughout the music release process, resolving queries and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Requirements: 1–2 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00/month;
Location: In person, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
