Job Description
Location: Multiple SmokeShack Outlets (Base Kitchen Coordination) | Type: Full-time
Join SmokeShack, a fast-growing brand committed to delivering bold flavors! We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen staff and maintain our high flavour standards.
- Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Handle scheduling and performance tracking.
What We Desire:
- 3+ years in a kitchen leadership role.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets.
Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00/month with benefits including meals and internet reimbursement.
