Job Description
SMC Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will monitor workflows, collaborate with Client Servicing departments, and identify areas for process improvement. Responsibilities include preparing documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting performance metrics related to process efficiency. Timely resolution of operational issues and providing support to team members is essential.
This position offers a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers. Monthly pay ranges from ₹18,603.66 to ₹31,147.42, with shifts available in the day, morning, and night.
