Job Description
SMC Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, perform data entry, resolve issues, maintain documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass/Graduate, good written English, basic computer skills, typing speed of 30 WPM.
Pay: ₹19,771.43 – ₹33,949.83 per month. Day and Night shifts available.
