Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding travel packages and pricing.
- Clearly explain tour/package details.
- Provide quotations, itineraries, and booking options.
- Follow up with clients to close bookings.
- Coordinate with operations for booking confirmations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
