Job Description

SkillsforUs seeks a full-time Soft Skills Trainer to inspire students (Classes 3–12) in Gorakhpur and Deoria. You will deliver high-energy spoken English, confidence and communication workshops; run teacher and parent skill-building events; lead community awareness activities; maintain progress records; and partner with schools to nurture expressive young learners. Requirements: Graduate/Post‑Graduate, strong communication, natural rapport with children, creative and confident trainer; education or youth-development experience is a plus. This role offers real impact in Tier‑3 cities and growth as a facilitator and leader. Pay: ₹13,715.03–₹37,066.89/month. Work location: in person.
