Job Description

The Service Advisor at SIVAJI MOTORS delivers outstanding customer service at Royal Enfield service centers. You will greet customers, assess service needs, provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance and upgrades, prepare accurate estimates and job cards, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely repairs. Responsibilities include explaining technical work in lay terms, following up to confirm satisfaction, resolving complaints professionally, maintaining detailed service records in the CRM, and promoting service packages and accessories to support revenue goals. This full-time, permanent role offers ₹120,00–₹180,00 per year and requires on-site attendance.
