Job Description
We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing on-site execution of interior fit-outs, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality control, ensuring safety compliance, and managing schedules and material deliveries. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in interior construction, strong technical reading skills (shop drawings, specifications), leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication. Proficiency in site inspection, creating punch lists, and client coordination required. Must read drawings, enforce quality and safety, and report progress to the project manager. Certifications in safety or construction management are a plus.
