Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement operations. You will assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply, negotiate basic terms, and follow procurement policies. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, 0 to 2 years’ experience, good Excel and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth into senior procurement positions.
