Job Description
Shubham EPC Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD). Responsibilities include managing calendar appointments, organizing meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact for communications on behalf of the MD.
Required Profile:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Enthusiastic and organized
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹50,00.00 – ₹70,00.00/month
