Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shapes Products Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will support our sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and manage schedules.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain records in the CRM system.
- Handle urgent communications when representatives are unavailable.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,001.78/month
Experience: 3 years total, 2 years in sales preferred.
